Just For the Beach Rentals

"I've seen a handful of negative reviews, and I'll be honest I was ready to make one myself. There was a mix up and my order got delivered to the wrong address. When I tried to contact via phone there was no option to leave a message which was frustrating. I was able to fill out the online messaging portion, and promptly got a response. Brittany contacted me and even came to look for the items. After she was unable to find them she offered to go to their warehouse and bring what we had ordered for no additional fees. This all occured after 10pm on a Friday. I would have been more than happy if she offered to rectify the situation first thing the next morning. She took the time out of her evening with her family to make sure her customers had a good experience on vacation. Mistakes happen, and the professionalism was impressive. 10/10 experience with this employee. We will definitely rent from them again in the future."
