"Okay….a good story. We placed a call for a repair with a company we have used for years. We made an appointment but the first available time was 3 days later….yes 3 days later. Our rental management company contacted Air-O-Smith heating and AC for a service call. They were there in a couple hours. Stephen our technician was SUPERB! He explained the process he was going through to identify our issue. Stephen was professional, polite, knowledgeable, communicated with us on each detail of the repair. He made a normally frustrating situation pleasant and resolvable. So much so, we have crossed off our old HVAC company contact and replaced it with Stephen with Air-O-Smith.
