Fishbones Raw Bar & Restaurant

"We usually pick up from Fishbones at least once during our stay in Duck each year. The food isn’t going to be the best in OBX but the staff is always super friendly and the prices are reasonable. Got the angus burger with fries, Mac n cheese for the kids, and fried calamari. The calamari was good, the Mac b cheese was great, and the burger was decent. The bun on my burger and my wife’s crab cake was close to stale, but the burger itself was really good. My mother-in-law got a salad with mahi-mahi which she really liked. We continue to go back because the staff is always pleasant and friendly and that’s worth a lot."

"This place was great. The service was great as well. The server was great at getting our needs and being very personable. She talked up menu items and even sounded like she enjoyed the food on the menu. (I feel as though that is rare now) I was very impressed with the food. We sat outside and watched the sunset from our table."
