Ken Baittinger Outer Banks Realtor | Landmark Sotheby's

"Ken did an amazing job selling our house. He was incredibly professional, organized and very attentive to our needs. Ken helped us work through all the specifics and details for selling our home while we were living abroad. Being first time home sellers, we were very new to the process. Ken explained everything thoroughly and was always willing to answer any questions. His marketing and network connections were fantastic. Our home was under contract in a matter of days, and the entire closing process was smooth, free of any complications. Ken truly knows the Outer Banks market and made great recommendations for us. We are so thankful for Ken Baittinger and how easy he made the process of selling our home."

"We worked with Ken Baittinger from Outer Banks Blue Realty when we purchased our vacation home in Corolla. After giving Ken some basic parameters, we spent a weekend touring many homes from Southern Shores to Corolla Light, finding the perfect house in just one weekend. Ken is an experienced realtor and OBX resident. His knowledge and experience made the process very easy and we still hear from him periodically. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ken and use him again should we look for another OBX home."

"Ken was excellent from start to finish. He is extremely friendly, responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented. He had our best interests in mind at all times. We have remained friends with him since the home buying process and would give him five stars and highly recommend him to anyone."
