"If you’re looking to keep up your fitness routine while vacationing in Corolla, this is a great gym. The fitness center has high-quality Precor equipment. The weight room is small, but you can still get a solid workout. In addition to free weights, there are machines for legs, back, and chest, plus a cable machine, lat pulldown, and Smith machine. My only criticism is that the weight markings on the cable machine don’t seem accurate. Outside the weight room in the indoor tennis area, you’ll find more equipment, including kettlebells, a vertical abs bench, and a back extension bench. There’s plenty of cardio equipment; treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, and a rowing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you plan to work out three or more times, get the weekly pass. Discounts are also available when more family members sign up."

"Didn't want to drive back to KD from Corolla... Was bracing for a 45 minute drive each way. Ryan "found a closer gym on Google MAPs." We stopped in and talked to the staff. They could not have been nicer. Told us it would be $90 for the 2 of us to get a one week pass. We took full advantage of it and stopped in every day. The free weight area is a little tight and can get busy. I really recommend getting up early and getting in there. Dumbbells up to 85LBS covered everything I needed for our current program. Looking to deadlift or heavy bench... You will be out of luck. Multiple machines around for other exercises. Didn't play tennis, but the dome is well lit and clean. A cardio area is also available off the gym area. Would definitely recommend if you are out this way, and trying to "stay on program"."

"I've only ever played tennis here, so I can't speak for the weight room, but the tennis courts are in beautiful shape and the staff are universally nice and helpful. I have done numerous clinics, had a couple of personal lessons and Pierce and Kate are super helpful and genuinely good people. They have a small pro shop as well, with a nice assortment of racquets for sale and demo. And both Kate and Pierce do a great job stringing racquets and keeping your gear in good working order."
